Welcome to CraftsandQuilts.net. We are a family run business which specializes in many different areas of craft. Our aim is to provide all your crafting necessities at the best possible prices along with inspiration and friendly service.
We stock in excess of 1500 quality quilting fabrics and a vast selection of notions for quilting along with a comprehensive range of products for card making, Scrapbooking, knitting, crochet and needlecrafts. As we are constantly updating and extending our products we are unable to have everything online. If you would like help with choosing colours/designs or are looking for something in particular please contact us as we are happy to advise.
We regularly hold demonstration days and special weekend sales. More information on these events can be found on our special events page.

Since 2002 our shop has been increasingly more devoted to crafts. We try our best to stock everything you need for your hobby, however if you find we don't have the product you are after please contact us and we will let you know if we can get it in stock.
You will find us just off the Coastal Road near the Beach and bird sanctuary. Close by is the beautiful Botanic Gardens and historic Churchtown, lovely to wander round. We are only 5 minutes from the town centre and have plenty of free parking spaces right outside our door. However if you are too far from Southport to pay us a visit you can shop online.

Before placing your order please read these terms and conditions fully and only proceed with your order if you agree to them. If you have any questions regarding our terms and conditions please feel free to contact us before placing your order with us.
We at CraftsandQuilts.net aim to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. We update our website daily, however due to the fact that we sell instore and online there maybe the rare occasion that an item may be out of stock after you have placed your order. If this is the case, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you of this and offer you a replacement or refund for the value of the out of stock item. Please ensure that we have correct contact information in case we need to get in touch.
We may rarely have technical difficulties that delay us in processing your order. Again, please make sure we have your correct contact details so we can advise you of any delay.
If for any reason your payment is not honoured, we reserve the right to take legal steps to recover all monies owed and any costs incurred in doing so.
If there is any mistake with your order you must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify such mistakes before cancelling payments.

Payment
We welcome payment by Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, SOLO and JCB cards . We will also accept payment by personal cheque, however, your order will be delayed until the cheque has cleared.
Minimum orders
Our minimum online order amount is £10 before post and packaging costs.
Back orders
We will not place out of stock items on back order. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund for the value of the out of stock item, if you still wish to buy the item you will need to re-order at a later date.
Guarantee
We at CraftsandQuilts pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. If you have any feedback or complaints about any of our products or services then please contact us at info@craftsandquilts.net, and provide full details of your complaint, and full details of how we can contact you. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days. Once a complaint has been received we will contact you to discuss the problem in detail and will take all possible steps to ensure a satisfactory resolution is reached.
Images
All images and descriptions are as accurate as possible and give an approximate idea of the product. We do not take responsibility for any variation in colour or size etc, as this can be altered by your individual PC monitor when viewing. If you need further information on colour, sizes or descriptions please contact us before you buy and we will be happy to assist you.
Postage
It is our policy not to make any profit on postage involved on your order. We will only charge the amount it will cost us for Royal Mail. We will also not charge for the packaging costs. You will be informed on postage cost after submitting your order, we will not proceed with charging you untill you have confirmed with us that you are happy with the postage cost. We will Email you with the total cost of your order plus postage once we have recieved your checkout order.
