We at CraftsandQuilts.net aim to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. We update our website daily, however due to the fact that we sell in store and online there maybe the rare occasion that an item may be out of stock after you have placed your order. If this is the case, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you of this and offer you a replacement or refund for the value of the out of stock item. Please ensure that we have correct contact information in case we need to get in touch.

We may rarely have technical difficulties that delay us in processing your order. Again, please make sure we have your correct contact details including phone number so we can advise you of any delay.

If for any reason your payment is not honored, we reserve the right to take legal steps to recover all monies owed and any costs incurred in doing so.

If there is any mistake with your order you must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify such mistakes before cancelling payments.

PAYMENT

We have done everything possible to ensure that your order is secure. All orders are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site, nor are they stored in our database after being processed.

POSTAGE

Our postage cost is based on the total weight of your order. Our postage rates are based on Royal mail first class with VAT added.  Due to all our product being different sizes the postage cost in the cart is a maximum cost, if your order is a smaller item and is able to be sent as a letter or large letter we will refund the difference.  We do not make any profit on postage.

MIMIMUM ORDERS

Our minimum online order amount is £10 before post and packaging costs.

BACK ORDERS

We will not place out of stock items on back order. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund for the value of the out of stock item, if you still wish to buy the item you will need to re-order at a later date.

All images and descriptions are as accurate as possible and give an approximate idea of the product. We do not take responsibility for any variation in colour or size etc, as this can be altered by your individual PC monitor when viewing.
